These Terms govern your use of WhatsConnectPro ("the Service"), operated at www.whatsconnectpro.com. By creating an account you agree to these Terms.
1. Accounts
You are responsible for your account, your team members and keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be authorised to send business messages.
2. Acceptable use
Your use must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy, Meta / WhatsApp Business policies and all applicable laws. You may only message recipients who have given prior consent.
3. Plans and billing
Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. Usage limits apply per plan. See our Refund Policy.
4. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, abuse the Service, or send spam, fraudulent or illegal messages.
5. Liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
6. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be communicated. Continued use means acceptance.
